LMR is seeking highly qualified Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) to support the Air National Guard Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Program. The CSCS will serve as an embedded human performance professional responsible for developing, implementing, and managing evidence‑based strength and conditioning programs designed to improve physical capacity, reduce injury risk, increase recovery, and optimize the operational performance of TACP Operators.
