Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to join our team at Holloman AFB, NM. As a CSCS, you will design and deliver strength and conditioning programs to prepare aircrew for modern combat aviation and support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.

Responsibilities include data collection, program evaluation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff, with a focus on injury risk reduction and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of strength and conditioning experience in college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar high-performance environments.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification.
• Current CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
• Other related duties as assigned.
