Job summary
LMR Technical Group is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join the Human Performance Team supporting the U.S. Air Force at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
The CSCS professional will design programs, assess readiness, and deliver coaching to optimize mission performance. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field, CSCS certification, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to obtain installation access.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, or related field
- Current NSCA CSCS certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to obtain installation access
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs
- Conduct physical readiness assessments and performance evaluations
- Deliver coaching focused on strength, endurance, mobility, agility, and injury prevention
- Provide workshops on recovery, performance optimization and injury prevention
- Coordinate with Physical Therapists to support return-to-performance activities
- Support leadership-directed fitness initiatives
- Provide aggregate trend analysis to leadership regarding physical readiness and performance
- Other related duties as assigned
