Job summary

LMR Technical Group seeks a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to support the Air National Guard Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) HPO program at Camp Murray, WA. Develops evidence-based strength and conditioning plans to enhance operator readiness and reduce injuries.

The role requires a master’s degree, CSCS or SCCC, CPR/AED, and 5+ years of full-time experience in high-performance settings; US work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• CSCS or SCCC certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
• Current CPR & AED certification.
• Ability to meet installation access requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance assessments and needs analyses for assigned operators.
• Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs.
• Develop programs focusing on injury prevention, performance, mobility, recovery and durability.
• Deliver educational briefings on physical readiness, recovery, and human performance.
• Adjust training programs based on performance outcomes.
• Utilize performance technologies and validated assessment tools.
• Maintain documentation of training activities and workload metrics.
• Provide recommendations to leadership for program improvements.
• Assist with management of equipment and inventories.
• Participate in required military installation training and development.
