Qualifications

• Must have a CSCS or SCCC certification.
• 5+ years of relevant performance program experience in high-level athletics.
• Ability to demonstrate physical exercises and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer conditioning protocols for operators.
• Coordinate return-to-training strategies for injured personnel.
• Conduct equipment and product reviews to keep programming current.

Skills

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification

Basic CPR and AED training

Experience in developing performance programs

Education

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, or related discipline
