LN Curtis & Sons is hiring a Law Enforcement Customer Account Representative to work on-site in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will interact directly with law enforcement personnel, fitting uniforms and gear, and manage customer orders and inquiries by phone and email.

Role requires strong communication, high-volume data entry, and a customer-focused approach, with training provided on product offerings and checkout procedures in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills.
• Experience with face-to-face customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn product offerings and articulate benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for law enforcement customers and accounts.
• Educate customers on product offerings including uniforms and gear.
• Process P.O.'s and handle order entries accurately.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and stock levels.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
