Job summary

L.N. Curtis & sons is seeking a Law Enforcement Customer Service Representative in New Brunswick. This on-site role supports law enforcement customers, outfits personnel with tactical gear, processes orders, and handles inquiries by phone and email.

You will build relationships, learn product offerings from uniforms to body armor, and ensure accurate PO creation and order entries while maintaining showroom readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to learn product offerings (tactical gear, uniforms, body armor).
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with high-volume data entry and customer service.
• Professional appearance and face-to-face customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for law enforcement customers and accounts, answering inquiries and providing updates.
• Learn and understand all product offerings including uniforms and gear.
• Create, draft, and finalize Purchase Orders according to customer needs.
• Process customer PO’s via phone and email with high accuracy.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and stock; build profitable relationships with customers.
• Answer incoming calls and support management in fulfilling orders.
