Job summary

Curtis Blue Line, the law enforcement division of L.N. Curtis & Sons, seeks a Customer Account Representative in Boise, ID.

You will work directly with law enforcement personnel to outfit them with uniforms, body armor, holsters, and other gear, and manage orders via phone and email. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of face-to-face customer service or account management, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn the Emergency Responder Equipment market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• High computer literacy with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• 1+ years of work experience with high-volume data entry.
• 2+ years of face-to-face customer service or account management.
• Working knowledge of law enforcement product offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for law enforcement customers and accounts, including answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing updates on new products.
• Learn and gain a thorough understanding of all product offerings (tactical gear, uniforms, body armor).
• Educate customers on all product offerings.
• Provide quality face-to-face customer service interactions, especially one-on-one.
• Size customers in-store for uniforms, equipment, body armor, and related items.
• Draft and finalize Purchase Orders (P.O.’s) according to customer needs.
• Process customer P.O.’s accurately via phone and email.
• Perform a high volume of order entries quickly and accurately.
• Continuously build and maintain profitable relationships with customers.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of showroom floor.
• Other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.
