Job summary

Curtis Blue Line in Kent, WA is seeking a Law Enforcement Customer Service Representative to work in a dual role: in-store outfitting law enforcement personnel with tactical gear and managing customer accounts via phone and email.

This on-site position requires knowledge of the Emergency Responder Equipment market; you will learn products like uniforms, body armor, holsters, flashlights, boots, and tools while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• High computer literacy (Outlook, Microsoft Office).
• 1+ years of work experience with high-volume data entry.
• 2+ years of experience with face-to-face customer service or customer account management.
• Knowledge of law enforcement product offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for law enforcement customers and accounts, including answering inquiries and providing updates on products.
• Learn and gain a thorough understanding of all product offerings (tactical gear, uniforms, body armor).
• Educate customers on all product offerings.
• Provide quality face-to-face customer service interactions, especially one-on-one.
• Size customers in-store for uniforms, equipment, body armor, and related items.
• Draft and finalize Purchase Orders (P.O.’s) according to customer needs.
• Process customer P.O.’s via phone and email.
• Perform a high volume of order entries quickly and accurately.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and stock.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
