Torchy’s Tex-Mex restaurants in Mansfield, TX are seeking a Food Expeditor to ensure every order leaving the kitchen is accurate, timely, and up to Torchy's standards. You will help maintain flow between the kitchen and runners, ensuring guests receive the best damn tacos.

The role requires verifying orders, managing tickets, assisting with allergy or special orders, portioning prep items, and keeping stations clean and organized.

Qualificações

• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify tickets to food orders, double-check modifications, and ensure all dishes meet Torchy's quality standards.
• Record and communicate ticket times to keep the kitchen and service flowing efficiently.
• Get a manager involved when there is an allergy or complicated ticket to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Portion salsa on sheet pans and record yields; label, date, and fill pans for all items.
• Set up stations according to the diagram and restock as needed; break down and clean stations for the next shift.
• Keep the kitchen and station clean and organized; perform line sweeps.
• Make chips and dips in the order of tickets for freshness and quality.
