Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Operator, Tackle Twill on the first shift to arrange, heat-seal, and inspect tackle twill lettering on licensed apparel. You will ensure spelling accuracy, correct placement, and overall quality before garments reach fans, contributing to a high-standard fan experience.

Work on-site in Easton, PA, with responsibilities spanning setup, application, inspection, and collaborative problem solving to meet daily production targets and maintain Fanatics’ quality

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English to accurately interpret work orders and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail to verify spelling, color and placement on each garment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple work orders in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors with accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods during a full shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as production needs require.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tackle twill letters with precision, ensuring correct spelling and placement.
