The role demands attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. You will contribute to on-time production output, uphold quality standards, and adapt to AI-enabled insights and new tools on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended production shifts.
• Read and write in English to interpret cut tickets and complete paperwork.
• Availability for overtime as necessary on production shifts.
• Strong attention to detail to verify fabric, ply heights, and spread accuracy.
• Prior experience with spreading equipment or apparel manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and maintain spreading equipment.
• Verify fabric against cut tickets and document yardage and roll data.
• Ensure defect-free material reaches the cutting stage.
• Maintain accurate spread construction and orderly, safe workstation.
