Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods during production shifts.
• Able to read and write in English to interpret cut tickets and complete paperwork.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail to identify fabric defects and ensure spread accuracy against tickets.
• Experience in a cut-and-sew or apparel manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and maintain spreading equipment to create precise fabric spreads according to cut tickets and specifications.
• Verify fabric accuracy and document yardage and roll data to ensure quality control.
• Identify and address fabric defects or roll discrepancies before reaching the cutting stage.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to maintain daily spread targets and high output.
• Complete required production paperwork accurately, including yardage logs and dye lot records.
• Maintain safety and organization at the workstation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
