Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Spreader Operator for on-site work in Easton, PA. You will load, operate, and maintain spreading equipment to build precise fabric spreads that meet cutting specifications and quality standards.

You will verify yardage, document data, and ensure defect-free material advances to cutting Team collaboration and adherence to production targets are essential as we scale our global platform.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods on a production shift.
• Read and write English to interpret cut tickets and paperwork.
• Flexible to work overtime as production demands require.
• Strong attention to fabric details and spread accuracy.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to follow multi-step instructions.
• Prior spreading equipment or cut-and-sew/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and maintain spreading equipment to create precise fabric spreads.
• Verify fabric against cut tickets and document yardage and roll data.
• Ensure defect-free material reaches the cutting stage and meets quality standards.
• Follow instructions, keep workstation organized, and support high-output teamwork.
• Identify fabric issues early and communicate equipment concerns on the production floor.
