You will operate in a production environment at an incentive pace, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with packing supervisors and teammates to keep throughput high.

This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and readiness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English, including interpreting pick tickets and packing instructions.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout a full production shift.
• Willingness and availability to work a production shift schedule with overtime as required, including flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to work at an incentive pace, consistently meeting or exceeding individual production targets.
• Strong attention to detail to verify garment type, size, quantity, and customer-specific value-added service requirements on every order.
• Basic computer proficiency to enter and modify order data in the order management system as directed.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders against the pick ticket to ensure fans and retail customers receive exactly what they purchased — right product, right size, right quantity.
• Execute folding, bagging, tagging, and all other value-added services precisely to customer specifications.
• Pack orders according to each customer's unique requirements, upholding the Fanatics Commerce brand standards.
• Ensure accurate scale and quantity checks on every packed order to reduce errors and returns.
