Job summary

Meriplex in Princeton, NJ seeks a Systems Analyst to support Meriplex’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC). You will handle Level 1 end-user issues in the ticketing system and deliver exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities include application support, basic network and VPN troubleshooting, Active Directory user management, and script-backed incident response. You will perform OS support, triage, and coordinate with the team to restore functionality.

Qualifications

• A+ certification preferred.
• Network+ certification preferred.
• Server+ certification preferred.
• Basic Microsoft 365 certification.
• Experience with Active Directory and VPN troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer specific application support.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity.
• Administer incident response system reboots.
• Perform basic OS support.
• Triage and resolve service requests promptly.
• Navigate Active Directory to manage users and groups.
• Document work and follow SOPs rigorously.
• Communicate technical information clearly to end-users.
