Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Tables Games Floor Supervisor to oversee table activity, transactions, and dealer performance. You will ensure game integrity, monitor player buy-ins, and authorize comps within policy.

The role requires leadership, strong guest service, and knowledge of CTR/SAR with experience in table games. Position available as full-time or part-time, with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• :Must be 18 years or older;
• :High School diploma or GED;
• One year of Table Games experience;
• Knowledge of CTR and SAR reporting;
• Basic math skills;
• Pass Basic Strategy test;
• Familiar with gaming department policies and procedures;
• Strong guest service and communication skills;
• Proficient with gaming computer systems;
• Demonstrated leadership and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned table activity to ensure game integrity.
• Authorize and observe cash and chip transactions.
• Monitor for suspicious play and correct procedural violations.
• Maintain guest service standards and answer inquiries.
• Authorize comps within prescribed limits.
• Enter and track player buy-in information.
• Comply with regulatory Title 31 reporting.
