Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Table Games leader to supervise and develop Supervisors and Dealers. You will manage labor efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records to support guest service excellence.

You will partner with Gaming leadership to implement promotions, budget and schedule staff, and mentor teams across properties in Minnesota. Strong casino experience and a dealer background are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years Blackjack Table Games experience with minimum three (3) years in a supervisory/management role.
• Certified Dealer Training experience and dealer audition passed.
• Knowledge of pit programs including Player tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of all games dealt in the department.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Ability to secure Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) license.
• Compliance with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs) and department SICS.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference may be exercised in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Project a positive image of the Grand Casino and Table Games department.
• Provide exceptional guest service to internal and external guests.
• Supervise and assign tasks to Supervisors/Dealers.
• Review and approve casino complimentary items.
• Adjust games spread for labor efficiency and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Maintain thorough records and reports.
• Assist with hiring, transfer, and evaluations of staff.
• Communicate important gaming information to leadership.
• Develop table game promotions across departments.
