Job summary

Salesforce's Tableau team seeks a results-driven Tableau Specialist to accelerate deals by applying deep platform expertise and partnering with Commercial Account Executives. You will help customers see and understand their data to drive business outcomes across 1,000–4,500 employee clients.

You bring 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience, 3+ years in quota-carrying or specialist roles, and executive presence to engage with C-level leaders.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience and 3+ years in field/quota-carrying or specialist sales.
• Track record of driving new logo acquisition and/or expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
• Executive presence and comfort presenting to C-level decision makers.
• Collaborative mindset — work with AEs, SEs, and CS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial AEs as Tableau subject-matter expert to qualify opportunities and shape deal strategy.
• Build executive relationships and position Tableau analytics to drive customer outcomes.
• Co-develop territory/account plans with AE(s), channel partners, and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product support, customer success, and sales engineering to ensure value realization for customers.
