Leadout Capital is seeking a Tableau Specialist to partner with Commercial AEs, shaping deal strategy and accelerating pipeline across the Tableau platform. You will build executive-level relationships and drive value realization for customers.

Location is office-based, office-flexible, or remote, with cross-functional collaboration across AEs, SEs, CS, and product support to ensure rapid business impact.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience, including 3+ years in a field/quota-carrying or specialist sales role.
• Track record of driving new logo acquisition and/or expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
• Executive presence — comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level decision makers.
• Collaborative mindset — energized by working as part of a team with AEs, SEs, and CS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial AEs as Tableau subject-matter expert — helping qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and accelerate pipeline across the full Tableau platform.
• Build trusted, executive-level relationships, positioning yourself as the go-to advisor for how Tableau's analytics platform drives customer business outcomes.
• Co-develop and execute territory and account plans with aligned AE(s), channel partners, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product support, customer success, and sales engineering to ensure customers see real value from Tableau — fast.
• Drive platform expansion within existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the account team.
