Job summary

Bally's Evansville Casino & Hotel is seeking a dealer to operate a table game, ensuring accurate pay outs and compliance with house rules. You will exchange currency for chips, handle bets, and maintain game integrity in a busy, 24/7 casino environment.

The role emphasizes strong time management, exceptional customer service, and clear communication to deliver a top-tier guest experience while following regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better is required.
• Excellent attendance required for continued employment.
• Dealer position requires adhering to house rules and state gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and conduct a table game according to policy.
• Know and apply rules, policies and procedures of the assigned game.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets per house rules.
• Make proper payouts for winning wagers on the assigned game.
• Maintain proper protection of the game and ensure accuracy in handling bets.

Job description

• Responsible for the operation and conduct of a particular table game.
• Knowledge of rules, policies and procedures of assigned game.
• Must be able to perform technical and functional gaming procedures as per policy and the state gaming regulations.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules.
• Ability to make proper pay outs for winning wagers on assigned game.
• Maintain proper game protection of assigned game.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must maintain excellent attendance. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from the class and will not be permitted to audition for employment as a dealer.
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (5+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• May perform other duties as assigned

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
