Job summary

Bally's Evansville in Indiana is seeking a professional dealer to operate a table game, follow state gaming regulations, and provide exceptional guest service. You will exchange currency for chips, pay or collect bets, and ensure accurate payouts while maintaining game protection.

Responsibilities

• Operate and conduct a specific table game per policy.
• Know rules, policies and procedures for the assigned game.
• Perform technical and functional gaming procedures per regulations.
• Exchange currency for chips and pay/collect bets according to house rules.
• Make proper payouts for winning wagers on the assigned game.
• Maintain game protection for the assigned game.

Job description

• Responsible for the operation and conduct of a particular table game.
• Knowledge of rules, policies and procedures of assigned game.
• Must be able to perform technical and functional gaming procedures as per policy and the state gaming regulations.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules.
• Ability to make proper pay outs for winning wagers on assigned game.
• Maintain proper game protection of assigned game.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must maintain excellent attendance. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from the class and will not be permitted to audition for employment as a dealer.
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (5+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• May perform other duties as assigned

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
