Job summary

French Lick Resort in Indiana is seeking a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor to oversee assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operation of table games in line with internal controls and gambling regulations. This role requires at least three years dealing or one year supervisory experience, a HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Night and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or HSED.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Minimum of three years dealing experience and/or one year supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high standard of guest service within the Table Games and promotes positive customer relations.
• Monitors controls to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintains table game card and payout integrity and security at all times.
• Assists in monitoring payouts to ensure proper amounts are paid to customers.
• Leads, coaches and evaluates staff; supports recruitment, training and discipline as needed.
• Communicates effectively across shifts to ensure consistent information.
