Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Horseshoe Indianapolis (ON-SITE) is seeking a Dealer/Supervisor to manage licensed casino games with integrity and high service standards. You will deal cards or dice, supervise game areas, and ensure accurate play pace and cash handling.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior dealing experience or training, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask while entertaining guests. A gaming license will be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior live casino dealing experience or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Excellent math skills and ability to multi-task.
• Enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public.

Responsibilities

• Complies with Indiana Gaming Commission Regulations, approved internal controls, and company policies.
• Deal cards and/or dice for specific games, including shuffling, dealing and retrieving playing cards; spin wheels as applicable.
• As Supervisor, verifies operation and conduct of designated game areas.
• As Dealer, follows all applicable policies and procedures.
• Ensure games are dealt to reflect high proficiency and appropriate pace.
• Report significant cash and cheque transactions.
• Verify issuance of credit after signatures are confirmed.
• Track essential play and relay information to Supervisor.
