Job summary

French Lick Resort is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee the table games on assigned shifts. The role ensures efficient operation within policy, procedures and Internal Controls, while maintaining security and high guest service standards.

The candidate should have strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with prior dealing and supervisory experience preferred. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is expected, with background checks and drug screening

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to respond to visual and aural cues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of guest service in Table Games and promote positive relations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cards and table game security; oversee payouts for accuracy.
• Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed.
• Resolve disputes diplomatically to protect guest and operation interests.
• Keep accurate chips and money accountability; sign jackpots per policy.
• Monitor transactions and detect unusual activity or potential collusion.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback; assist in recruitment and training.
• Maintain attendance records and professional casino environment across shifts.
• Communicate effectively to keep staff informed of events and activities.
• Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies.
