Responsibilities

• Oversee dealer performance to ensure games are dealt accurately and service standards are met.
• Monitor guest flow and notify management for adjustments to open table games.
• Observe, evaluate, and rate players in accordance with policy.
• Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play.
• Reconcile table accounting accurately and maintain gaming equipment.
• Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure procedures are followed.
