Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of casino operations experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee dealer performance to ensure accurate dealing and service standards.
Monitor guest flow and adjust open table games as needed.
Observe and rate players per departmental policy.
Maintain bankroll levels to support gameplay.
Reconcile table accounting and safeguard gaming equipment.
Verify document accuracy and adherence to procedures.
