Job summary

Downtown Grand is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee the operations of assigned table games and supervise dealers at their tables in Las Vegas, NV. The role ensures compliance, internal controls, and accurate player ratings, while coordinating with other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of table games experience, knowledge of craps/roulette/blackjack, strong guest service, and English communication skills. Evening/weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 2 years table games experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of at least three table games: craps, roulette, blackjack.
• Minimum age 21.
• Excellence in guest services.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of assigned table games.
• Supervise dealers at assigned tables.
• Ensure compliance, internal controls and player ratings are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor issuance of comps.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
