The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of table games management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong sense of leadership are essential for success in this dynamic position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age required.
• 2 years of table games management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of all Table Games.
• Direct Table Games Dealers to meet departmental goals.
• Ensure integrity of daily operations and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor cash and chip transactions; ensure proper payouts.
• Evaluate employee performance and address grievances.
• Assist in staff selection, training, and other HR issues.
