Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to handle detailed information through communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Supervise assigned table games and dealers.
• Resolve guest complaints and disputes.
• Evaluate job performances of dealers.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Skills

Exceptional guest service skills

Knowledge of Craps, Baccarat and Roulette

Working knowledge of Blackjack basic strategy

Education
