Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Neat, professional appearance required.
• Minimum age 21 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Minimum 2 years pit operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and PIT procedures.
• Cards/licensing required: Alcohol NV and Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Operate several table games on an assigned shift.
• Understand house rules, counting methods, and procedures for each game.
• Resolve guest disputes and escalate complex cases to Casino Manager or Director of Table Games.
• Develop guests by interacting and modeling guest-service skills.
• Monitor for unusual activities and report to supervisor.
• Observe staff-guest dynamics and assist as needed.
• Recommend changes in department such as staffing and wage adjustments within limits.
• Counsel, guide, and train assigned personnel in duties.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic performance reviews.
