Role

The Table Games Supervisor II oversees the operations of table games for the pit during an assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate players and dealers to identify rule violators, observe play, and detect cheating.
• Thorough knowledge of blackjack, carnival games, roulette, baccarat, and craps.
• Signal supervising personnel using hand signals, telephone, or voice to provide information about suspected violators.
• Examine cards and gaming equipment for damage or substitution.
• Hold dealers accountable for violations of gaming and house rules/policies.
• Calculate accuracy of payouts.
• Know the table games offered in Black Hawk, including procedures, payouts, cheque handling, and game protection.
• Know all Colorado Division of Gaming regulations and Internal Control Minimum Procedures.
• Demonstrate effective bankroll management.
• Rate players' table‑game play.
• Coach and discipline team members to uphold proper demeanor and service standards.
• Provide excellent external and internal customer service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of supervisor experience in the Table Games department.
• Ability to supervise all dealers on an assigned shift.
• Strong communication with other departments, including Slots, Security, and Food & Beverage.
• Positive response to guest or team‑member issues, ensuring a superior guest experience.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures, safety regulations, and Colorado Gaming rules.

Education & Certifications

• High School diploma (preferred).
• CO Support License (required).
