Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2 years or more in table games department experience preferred.
• Gaming industry experience is required.
• Excellent teamwork, guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise table game operations and dealers; perform duties of a dealer as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Set guest service standards and ensure team adherence.
• Evaluate dealers and assign them to appropriate tables based on skills.
• Maintain accurate departmental documentation and compliance with rules.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure gaming integrity.

The Role:

The Table Games Floorperson is responsible for performing all duties according to Casino Queen policies, procedures and Internal Controls. Responsible for direct supervision of table floor operations, resolving customer complaints and supervision of dealers. Responsible for providing a safe environment for patrons and employees. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

Responsibilities:

• Build guest and team member positive relations.
• Participates and conducts departmental meetings.
• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
• Set and maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve a favorable gaming experience for guests.
• Supervises and monitor table game operations and dealers. Satisfactorily perform all job duties of a dealer.
• Satisfactorily resolves customer complaints and/or disputes.
• Ensures departmental documents are complete, accurate and legible.
• Comply with all rules, regulations and laws pertaining to department.
• Evaluate dealers and place them at appropriate tables based on dealer skills.
• Issue complimentary items to patrons to players.
• Coordinate with other department to ensure gaming integrity.
• Ability to repair minor table game machine malfunctions.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Possess strong organizational, supervisory and management skills. Possess strong patron relation skills.
• Possess basic computer, math, statistical math and financial math skills.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Complete assignable work requested by management.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, general education degree (GED); or equivalent work experience.
• Some college level classes preferred.
• 2 years of experience performing and managing duties of table games department personnel, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
• Gaming industry experience is required.

Target Salary Range: $50,000 per year
