Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corp in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Floor Service Supervisor to oversee the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift, with emphasis on guest service and game integrity. You will monitor compliance with house rules, conduct coaching, and ensure security of departmental assets.

You will also train staff, promote guest development through Total Rewards, and intervene in disputes while maintaining professional standards and teamwork on busy gaming floors.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; college degree preferable.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• 3–5 years casino experience as Floor Service Supervisor.
• Knowledge of multi-games is a plus.
• Strong customer relations and leadership skills.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English.
• Willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Cards Needed: Alcohol NV and Gaming License

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of table games and ensures game integrity.
• Verifies fill slips, credit slips, and markers for games in the area.
• Settles disputes arising from guests in the Table Games area and escalates as needed.
• Promotes guest development and creates Total Rewards cards for patrons.
• Maintains awareness of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming regulatory requirements.
• Maintains table game inventories and tracks player win/losses.
• Changes cards/dice; opens and closes games.
• Coaches and guides assigned personnel in duties.
• Champions Guest Service Programs and Service Standards.
• Prepares performance reviews for assigned personnel as determined by management.
• Enforces all company policies and procedures.
