Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate several table games on an assigned shift
• Maintain knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and counting methods
• Settle guest disputes in the Table Games area or escalate to Casino Manager/Director
• Foster guest development through interaction and exemplary service
• Monitor for unusual activity and report it to supervision
• Assist with problem resolution among staff and guests
• Recommend changes in department related to staffing and wage adjustments within limits
• Counsel and coach assigned personnel in duties
• Prepare and coordinate periodic performance reviews of staff

The Dual Rate Supervisor supervises the operations of several table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Caesars Entertainment assets and positive employee motivation and coaching. Games needed (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow)

Responsibilities

• Operating several table games on an assigned shift
• Working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each assures that all coin and check racks are filled at all times
• Settles disputes that arise from guest in the Table Games area, referring those that are exceedingly difficult to the Casino Manager, Table Games or Director of Table Games
• Assures guest development by 1) interacting, 2) modeling interactive skills with guest and felloe employees and 3) and make company decisions
• Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by Table Games employee or gaming quest and reports any situations to assigned superior
• Observes problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and provides assistance if necessary
• Recommends changes in department including hiring, promotion, demotion, and termination; recommends wage and salary changes for personnel within established limits
• Counsels, guides, coaches and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties
• Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance review of assigned personnel

Qualifications

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to respond calmly in a demanding environment, multiple tasks to be managed under time constraints
• Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money
• Must have excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games
• Must be able to tolerate secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items
• Must be able to walk and be on foot for extended periods of time
• Must be able to manage a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner
