Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive casino operations experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record managing large teams and multi-department operations in a high-volume gaming environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills to motivate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all Table Games, Poker, and Sportsbook operations.
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and policies.
• Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and innovative gaming experiences.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Lead and mentor management teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the property with regulatory agencies, industry partners, and the public.
• Uphold Caesars values and ensure attendance and policy adherence.
