Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a supervisor or management role in table games.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Table Games department during assigned shifts.
• Monitor gaming floor operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach Dealers and Supervisors on procedures and customer service expectations.
• Complete daily reports, shift summaries, and incident documentation.
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, HR and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule staffing, breaks, and table assignments to optimize game coverage.
