Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Supervisor – Table Games to oversee a group of tables on the gaming floor and monitor Dealer performance. You will enforce policies, ensure guest service standards, and rate play while ensuring compliance with gaming procedures.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and related certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a major high-end casino.
• Experience dealing multiple games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Craps, or Roulette.

Responsibilities

• Observe games for irregularities and ensure procedures are followed.
• Supervise team members and enforce policies; report irregularities to Area Manager.
• Ensure flawless guest service and engage guests to create a welcoming environment.
• Rate guests based on play, bets, and other metrics; monitor compliance with regulations.
• Maintain game float inventories and report results and anomalies.
