Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3+ years as supervisor/manager in table games.
• Skills: fluent English with leadership, communication, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Table Games operations during shifts, ensuring standards.
• Monitor performance, guest service and staff actions.
• Coach Dealers and Supervisors on rules and procedures.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and table assignments.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and controls.
• Interface with Surveillance, Security, and Directors as needed.
