The candidate should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Table Games leadership. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are required. Flexibility to work shifts including nights and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age required.
• Must have thorough knowledge of all Table Games and operations.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the Table Games Department.
• Monitor daily operations and enforce games procedures.
• Ensure superior customer service is provided.
• Handle customer and team member concerns and complaints.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word)

Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff

Knowledge of Table Games operations

Education

Associates degree (A.A.) in related field or equivalent experience
