Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Table Games operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Ability to write reports and procedures.
• Able to work nights, holidays, weekends.
• Strong arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily table games operations on shift.
• Oversee games, game protection, and table game operations.
• Monitor performance against goals and budgets.
• Manage scheduling and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with department budgeting and reporting.
• Promote excellent customer service and ensure compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
• Monitor cash and chips handling and payouts.
