Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee up to six table games per shift. You will work closely with the Assistant Table Games Shift Manager to drive customer service, optimize expense management, and maximize profitability.

You will model leadership in gaming operations, ensure daily integrity of the section, and guide staff development and training while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Two years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role, table games experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors.
• Ability to stand and walk; mobility to move around the pit area and entire property.
• Develop problem solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.
• Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to tolerate areas with second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds and air quality.
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs; ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of up to six table games on an assigned shift.
• Works with the Assistant Table Games Shift Manager to implement and oversee strategies for customer service, comping and expense management to maximize profitability.
• Provides visible leadership in gaming operation areas.
• Ensures daily operations in your section maintain integrity and comply with policies.
• Performs related duties; drives staff development and training; monitors results to achieve high-quality service.
