Job summary

Osage Casino Tulsa seeks a Table Games Shift Supervisor to oversee overall operation, staff leadership, and game integrity. You will ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies while delivering top-tier guest service and coordinating communications within the department.

The role requires strong judgment, training ability, and the capacity to resolve disputes with professionalism. Experience in card games, promotions, and regulatory oversight is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Gaming; or Associate’s degree with department experience; a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months of department-specific experience with a Bachelor’s; or 1 year+ with an Associate’s degree.
• Craps experience preferred.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and obtain Osage Nation Gaming license.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference applies to all positions.
• Applicants must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest services and maintains courtesy in interactions.
• Supervises department operations, ensuring game consistency and security.
• Oversees setup, dealing, and chip delivery, enforcing game rules politely.
• Participates in promotions and drives guest satisfaction.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly operating reports as needed.
• Manages orientation, training, evaluation, and performance of staff.
• Decides on game irregularities in the best interest of the game and team.
