Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the Table Games field.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stimulate business and develop quality players through personal interaction.
• Ensure all Table Games team members provide optimum service to all guests.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Ensure technical proficiency of all Table Games team members through guidance and effective training programs.
• Observe and analyze the integrity of play and activity of guests and team members.
• Direct, support, and supervise all Table Games team members.
• Oversee the operation of the assigned shift in the absence of a Pit Manager.
• Assist in the hiring and development of team members while ensuring an adequate level of labor is used to perform to the required level of service.
