Qualifications

• Two years of Table Games experience.

• Knowledge of all table games and basic strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of table games in one or more pits.
• Plan, organize and execute functions to ensure profitable operations.
• Maintain staffing and ensure policy adherence.
• Coach and motivate team members; be on the casino floor.
• Communicate gaming activity and guest outcomes.
