Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of Table Games experience and at least six months of supervisory experience are required.
• Knowledge of all table games, including methods of cheating, card counting techniques, and basic playing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day table games operations across one or more gaming areas.
• Plan and organize staffing to meet business demands and ensure cost-effective, profitable operations.
• Enforce departmental policies and procedures as directed by Table Games Management.
• Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor and coach team members for good service.
