Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor dealers with training and performance feedback.
• Monitor breaks and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Observe and ensure fair play and compliance with casino policies.
• Interact with players to enhance guest experience and address concerns.
• Coordinate with Surveillance and Credit departments as needed.
