Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year table games supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Table Games Yield management.
• Preferred: Knowledge of basic strategy and card counting systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pit assignments, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities ensuring conformance to standards, policies and procedures.
• Promote positive team member and guest relations.
• Assess table games activity and guest evaluations; communicate with surveillance.
• Monitor equipment to ensure tables are in good repair and devices meet standards.
• Responsible for money transactions on assigned games.
• Operate the table games data application.
• Ensure that comp guidelines are followed.
• Complete pit counts and reports.
• Process jackpots and complete required IRS forms.
• Assist Table Games trainer with dealer school training and other trainings when needed.
