Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking an Assistant Pit Supervisor for our game floor in Minnesota. The role supports table games operations, ensuring smooth dealing, guest service, and compliance on all shifts.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of table games experience; supervisory experience and knowledge of basic strategy are preferred. We offer opportunities in a fast-paced, high-volume gambling environment with tips and a base pay of $6.31–$22.50

Qualificações

• 6 months table games experience.

Responsabilidades

• Exchange cash for chips.
• Deal the games efficiently according to policies and procedures.
• Provide continuous quality entertainment and service to guests.
• Protect the integrity of the game and table inventory.
• Operate the table games software.
• Monitor table activity for Title 31 compliance.
• Correct dealer errors and settle player disputes.
• Initiate and verify fills and credits for tables.
• Issue comps following guidelines.
