Qualifications

• Fluent and literate in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Able to stand, walk, and move around the property during shift; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Uphold the highest level of integrity in a regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the dealer.
• Inspect card decks prior to play.
• Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
• Monitor bets and payouts and correct as needed.
• Complete rating cards for players.
• Initiate and verify fills to tables.
• Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints per standard procedures.
• Performance management of team members including coaching and development.
• Ensure overall integrity of daily operations and model company policies.
